Is there any device people could recommend to catch post thief.?
The problem I am having over a few years now that if valuables such as cash redeemable vouchers goes missing, my Nectar point cards, Shell vouchers are always goes missing. Not own I need to use a friend's address which is in a different town to make sure I get my card points. I recently lost over £200 worth of vouchers and Nectar points. Used the card to purchase goods.
Already complaint to RoyalMail but not interested to provide a response or even look into it.

Anyone else have this problem and how to tackle it?

I'm a bit confused with your post.
Has the mail been intercepted at your address; your friend's address (which you say you've used in the past); or both??
Is it always redeemable vouchers, etc that go missing; or is it other mail as well??
Who else has access to your mail at your address - is it a flat of some kind etc??
What Royal Mail do if there is suspicions about mail being intercepted is to post a distinctive envelope eg. to make it look like a birthday card etc. and see if it arrives.

You could try the same thing. Perhaps bulk the card with Monoply money or newspaper cut to size.
Royal Mail have a duty to investigate official complaints. Take it further with them.

As said do you have a shared post box rather than one that is yours alone? I ask because it is far more likely that someone is taking your items after they have been put in the letter box, especially as this has been happening for several years.
Tuvok's idea is a good one, post yourself a few letters that look as if there is cash in them and see if they arrive. Make sure you do not let anyone know what you are doing though, if the letters are being removed from your letter box it is almost certainly someone you know and you don't want to warn them!

I don't live with anyone sharing the house or letter box. It is certain that the postman takes the letters with valuables. I have to use my friend's address at a different town to receive important letters now. To make sure it is not the same mail depo delivering it.

Get all important mail sent by recorded delivery, failing that pull your postman and tell him that you think letters are being stolen at the depot and the police are going to launch an undercover sting.

If it's him, the fear and paranoia might be enough to stop him
You really have to make an official complaint to Royal Mail !
Here is the help web page.

If mail is going missing you will not be the only one who is getting mail stolen.
As said Royal Mail take such official complaints very seriously , they will investigate. Do not warn your postman before hand just make a formal complaint! In my area we have at least 4 different post men /women on different days anyway.
Read my link, if you are not satisfied with the Royal Mail response you can escalate the complaint, details are in the link.
If you are not happy with the Royal Mail response to your complaint you should contact the postal review panel see below.

I would be careful accusing an individual of stealing your mail.
You say you have had points stolen - your account could have been hacked!
Report it through Royal Mail again.
RM send test mail if you complain about potential staff theft
Could the police help? Could any of the items stolen be traced to where they are spent and, from that, who is using them? I don't know anything about Nectar points or Shell vouchers to know if they can be traced that way.
No point contacting the police. It is a matter for the Royal Mail's investigation team. They WILL prosecute if a postal worker is guilty of theft, it is a very serious matter.
