Corrupt Photo Files -Help!

I've got over 100 photos on a memory card in my Nikon camera. I can view them all when the card is in the camera but when I put them in my card reader on the PC, the prog says some of them are corrupt. Any ideas anyone? Thanks?

Can you try a different card reader ?
Are the contacts clean ?

The software you are trying to open them with, can cope with all can it ? Might be worth trying other viewers.

Or temporarily using a friends computer to download them then run a fix on the card.

I have had problems in the past with card readers and using the pc slot. Have you tried connecting your camera directly to your pc and see if they dowload.
