Interesting hypothesis. Scientists are investigating the influence of dark matter on Conditions here on Earth. Global warming anyone?

Wouldn't surprise me if local galactic conditions didn't have some effect. I think one is pushing one's luck trying to pin the extent of global warming we have on it though. As for dark matter, since no one has got any I suspect any conjecture on the effect it has should be read with caution.
As a theory acceptable to those wielding power in the world it falls at the first hurdle.
How can it be taxed? :-)
