Unnamed File In Outlook Express.

I have received an attachment in an email in Outlook Express, but the attached file doesn't have a file name in which to open it.
Is there any way that I can attach a file name to this attachment so that it can be opened?

Save the file to any convenient location on your computer. (e.g. to your 'Documents' folder). Go to that location. Right-click on the file and select Rename. Add the relevant file extension (such as .doc or .jpg) to its name and hit enter.
