That dashcam uses a microSD card. (The instruction manual might refer to it as a TF card but it's the same thing). Remove the card and insert it into a suitable card reader, such as this:

(That model is available elsewhere on eBay slightly cheaper but you'd then have to wait for delivery from China. That one comes from a UK supplier).

Then you should be able to access the files using VLC (which should be on everyone's computers anyway because it's about a zillion times better than Windows Media Player):
