Pages Documents On Imac.

For the last couple of days, everything that I have copied into a Pages document, has pasted within a table.
It’s not just older documents, I’ve tried pasting on to a new Pages document, and it’s still happening.
I’ve tried to change it in the Format, Edit, and Help sections, but nothing is working.

Also, a couple of weeks ago, I printed a 2 sided document, (HP Envy 4520), and since then the ‘Two Sided’ box is permanently ticked, and I have to remember to un-tick it.

What have I done?
