I have plugged in the Charger on my Asus Laptop
I have been receiving the message 100% Discharging Should I be worried?

Note: before conducting this test make sure you have shutdown all applications, otherwise you are very likely to loose data.
The next question is why does your battery have no charge; it could be that it has reached the end of its service life, or the charger circuit within the laptop has developed a fault, or the battery is not connected in circuit for some reason.

Windows 7, so probably all later versions too, has a battery-health checker.
