I doubt it if it came as part of the daily Mail- or was it just an insert along with the other spam leaflets i always tip out of mags/papers. Are they asking for any money or sign up details?
Note there are now lots of lotteries not just the main UK "lotto".

You can now enter the US lottery for example so it may be 10 free lines on another lottery.

And SOME of these lottery web sites, when you buy a ticket or some tickets it sets up an automatic buying of the tickets for next week and every week but you may not notice that it is part of the "deal" when you register.

So the money will go out your bank account each week but you may not even be aware you are IN that lottery as you thought you had only entered for the one week.

p.s. As part of this "free" deal for 10 free lines you may need to put in a debit or credit card number and then the money will start going out for the following weeks after your first week "free" 10 lines.

Be careful what you sign up for !
One of these "new" foreign lottery web site is the "WorldLotteryClub"

https://www.worldlotteryclub.com/

Note when you use them you don't actually BUY a lottery ticket you actually "bet" on the numbers coming out and they take out insurance on you getting a big win so your payout is covered by the insurance (I think that is how it works)

But if you read this forum here read how "Rob 1965" signed up for them and found they were taking money out of his account every week and he did not even know.

I don't know who your "10 free lottery lines" are with so it may be the usual UK lottery, but if it isn't be careful who you sign up with.
I had a phone call from a charming Indian bimbette trying to sign me up for 500 free Euromillions tickets yesterday.

There are many more bad than good out there.
