History Removal In Windows 10 On Pc

I wish to remove all old history on my P C (running windows 10) but I am unable to find either a “Cog” or a “Burger”, Can anyone help please ?

Your question is not very clear. I'm guessing that you are using MS Edge as your browser and you want to clear your browsing history.
If this is the case, click on the "star and lines" icon at top right (if you hover over it it says "Hub (favourites, reading list, history and downloads)".
The History icon is a click face with a counter clockwise arrow. Click that. Then click "Clear all history".
