In Menu, go to Picture Set-up and adjust as necessary with the different Picture sizes available

Rowanwitch has basically provided you with your answer. If you need more information though, please provide with the make the exact model number of your set. (e.g. something like 'Sony Bravia 32" isn't good enough; we need the precise model number, from the back of the set, if we're to find out exactly how the options on your TV can be accessed from the menu settings).
