I’m in West Yorkshire and it’s been off since the early hours of this morning - who do I report it to?

How are you getting online now Ric? You can report broadband down online if you have access to wifi. Is your landline down?

Ric....no, not today, and I have been posting for hours (!)

The only slight problems look like Sheffield, Doncaster, Hull and Scunthorpe.

Ric....looks like it could be a BT problem. If you have another way of getting on line...phone perhaps, or a neighbour, I would report your connection down ASAP.

But first go through the diagnostic checks with your router, and ask people living nearby if they are having any problems as well. If its a BT Network problem, then they should also be experiencing the same as you.

Our BT router kept blinking orange last night but it seems to have settled down to blue now.
