What do you mean by 'not printing properly'?
If it's incorrect colours or 'banded' printing, the obvious thing to do is to clean the print heads:
Click 'Start'
Click 'Devices and Printers'
RIGHT-click the icon for your printer
Select 'Printer Properties' (NOT 'Properties')
Click on the 'Maintenance' tab
Click on the button for cleaning the print heads
When cleaning has finished, run a 'nozzle check' to see if you get a correct printout. If not, clean the heads again.
If the ordinary 'Clean' option doesn't do the job, look for a 'Deep Clean' one instead. (You might need to run it several times before you see an improvement)
If that doesn't help, please post again, telling us the make and model of your printer and the specific nature of the problem.
