Aol Desktop

Just lost the above and now have to sign in through I/E. Problem is all my favourites have disappeared. Any way of getting them back? Also has every desktpop lost AOL or only the non subscribers?

I’ve been getting emails warning me of this for ages. I thought they were spam. So I guess it’s genuine.

I don’t use the desktop version anymore, just look at my emails on my iPad.

Thx, but the favourites have gone so I can't save them elsewhere and I can't get any answers from AOL.

Don't understand why AOL did this - I too didn't get an answer from aol when I asked them. Have searched and searched internet for help and can only find sites like Togo suggests which start by telling you to open desktop etc but its "desktop" which is no longer available. I have some precious links stored in favourites which are now lost to me..... Just hope one of you technophobes out there can sort it out. I HATE AOL!

You could try this Eeza and Trixi. Go into your aol mail page then
hold down CTRL and SHIFT at the same time on the keyboard and press the B button. You may then have to open aol mail again and perhaps it will have you favourites back,.
