you need a picture of a webpage? get it up and press prt sc button, then open a programme such as paint and paste it in
Alt prt sc just copies the active window.

Or use Windows Accessories / Snipping Tool
Take a screen shot, upload to computer, save it then attach to form.
I have an easier way. I use my phone to take a photo of the page on the computer screen and download it to 'photos' in my computer.

thank you I might have to try the phone idea , I didn,t understand the first 2 answers and the screen shot did not work
The first two posts would apply if you had a laptop/PC. There is a button on the top row that says PrtScr. That is for taking a screen image. Then use right click and paste or Cntrol and V to paste the screen image you took into the online form. Or paste it into Word, wordpad or similar first.
prt sc is what is seen on "print screen" keys on many keyboards.

I am on windows 7.
I found the prt sc key and pressed that to try to paste into paint but nothing happened that is why I said it did not work, I also tried serif page plus but again nothing happened
Do you have Word or Wordpad?
Ignore that...
Odd. follyfancier- I have just used PrScr then pasted into Paint (using Ctr V) and it worked
Question Author
I DID IT
thank you
Good to hear.

Prt sc copies it into the paste buffer. You ought to have been able to paste it into something else normally, once it was there.
