and makes quite depressing reading - it wasnt disclosed because it wasnt disclosed. Erm yeah we knew that - - - and it was no one's fault.
and there are gooby bits - the prosecution dont list it - even though it should have been listed and disclosed. Then when the defence ask for a judge's order, the prosecution oppose the application saying - "there aint narfin innit".
