I sent an email to a contact..I now want to send this email to someone else, but when I click on forward no box comes up to put new email address in. this email is not by itself but in section with other emails on same subject.

you usually only forward emails that someone else has sent you. If Tilly's suggestion doesn't work, just cut and paste the text of the email into a new one. (Ctrl A, Ctrl C, Ctrl V)

Delete your address and put the other person's name in the space.

That's a better idea, Jno. :-)
Are you aware that, if you want to send an email to several people but don't want any of them to know htat you've sent it to the others, you can put names in the BCC (blind carbon copy) box; each recipient then thinks they are the only recipient. Perhaps that wasn't the reason for your question (you might just have realised you'd forgotten somebody) but, if it was, that's the easy way of doing it.

thanks bhg481..yes do know about cc & bcc, but I had sent this email yesterday & then someone else needed it.. also jno , thank you that worked, but did you mean copy & paste, not cut & paste?
