Outlook Will Not Grant Me Access To My Emails
5 Answers
Hi I am a self employed portrait photographer.
A few months ago I changed my hotmail.co.uk email password and stupidly forgot the new password - I have not been able to gain access to my emails ever since.
I have tried to re-set the password - outlook asked a variety of security questions to verify my account, but every time I answer the questions they keep telling me the the answers that I have given are incorrect (which I know they are not.)
They are now saying that since I have to set up a new account since I have tried so many times to gain access to the current account.
Unfortunately its not as simple as that, all of my promotional material states my old email address and I have clients which I have had for years who only have this email address to get in contact with me.
Is there anything else I can do!!?? - Can I es

I had to help a neighbour who couldn't get into her email.
It took a bit of doing - had to contact Hotmail and persuade them that it was her trying to access the email (ok - it was me on her behalf on her computer, in her house!)
Can't remember how we got it sorted, but my email is now setup as her recovery email!
