problems with search engines

In creasingly when I use a search engine I get this kind of fake site coming up

Is anyone else as fed up with it as I am and anyone got any suggestions avbout filtering them out?

Sounds like you have some spyware.... try using Ad-Aware (or similar) to clean out your machine.
