I have an Asus laptop which has a headphone output. It is one of those outputs with 3 bands on the Jack plug rather than just 2.
I want to connect to my old Cambridge Audio Amplifier so I can listen to music via Spotify through stereo speakers. It is about 2 metres from my computer to the amplifier.
Can anyone recommend the correct lead to do this?

You have been put in the right direction by Togo. However , as you require a longer lead than one metre, the following Amazon link will give you a bargain for a 3 metre with free delivery:_ Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation Hans.

When we have a BBQ, I connect my Asus laptop to my Denon amp, so I can play a playlist from my laptop, out through the speakers that I put in my garden.
I don't know the name of the lead, but it's simply a jack at one end that plugs into the laptop headphone output; it's got 2 wires and at the other end there are 2 connectors, a red one and a white one that plug into the left and right input in the amp.
You need a 3.5mm to 2RCA Phono Lead. Like this.
