Yes, its the one you get on the Orange network. The difference is is that it is setup for use with Orange, so it will have Orange specific software installed on it. Things like Web browsers can be network specific. If you were to put an O2 (for example) sim card into such a phone it may work fine on the O2 network but you won't be able to browse the web as the browser will only let you use Orange settings.
