Just to let you know I turned off the power to my PC and when I turned it on again the Answerbank X was in the right hand corner.In the interim I was informed that my computer was being upgraded.Could this be the cause of the glitch?

ordbrae was struggling to close down his AB tab or log out of AB, bednobs.
Another way would have been to go into browser settings and clear history.
