When manually copying an A4 document the printed copy appears in A3 size. Is this a known fault?

That is - the print size is A3 on an A4 sheet when no changes to settings have been made from A4.

Your question doesn't make sense. You can't physically fit an A3 sized document onto A4 paper.

Select the correct Paper Size, Layout, and Reduce/Enlarge setting in each Print Settings menu for the loaded paper.

It is not my printer and I have since looked at the W7 printer settings and it appears reinstallation is necessary.
