Windows 10 Re-Set
9 Answers
Since I was made to undergo this lengthy update about 2 months ago, with loss of programs incl Word which I had to buy again. It all works OK but I never get a change of desktop image as used to happen every few weeks. Has anybody any idea as to what this change was all about and should I be suspicious of what I now have.

The Windows 10 Spring Creators Update is due to ship soon, maybe even from tomorrow, April 10th.
This is a complete replacement of Windows 10 so will be another major update.
Note that not everyone will start getting it from tomorrow, it will be a phased update, so will happen bit by bit over the next few months.
However anyone keen to get it as soon as possible can download it if they wish, just search for Windows 10 Spring Creators Update.

>>>why buy word when open office is free and as good
In fact if they had already bought Office (or Word) then I assume they would have had an Office / Word product key.
If so there are official places (Microsoft web sites) where you can download Office code for free (for a reinstall) if your already have the product key.
No need to buy Office or Word again.
