We've got the above printer connected to our home computer (desktop). Switched it on tonight and the little blue light (whch we presume is the wi-fi connection) doesn't come on, so we can't print anything. Have tried turning it all off and back on again, absolutely nothing doing ..... still can't print anything. Which is a real pain, of course! Just wondering if you clever AB techies out there can help us solve our problem please. There's nothing wrong with our desktop computer at all, so we think it's the printer that's got the fault. Should we remove the printer from the system and then load it back again - help, please!

If you think that you've lost the wifi connection then the obvious thing to do is to go through the wifi set-up process again to see if you can re-establish the connection:

Many thanks buenchico. Will uninstall and then re-install - will get Mr. Chox to sort. Thanks for the link as well. Cheers, Chox.
And if by chance that doesn't work, you should be able to go through the setup again to try it with a wired connection, in case the printer's wi-fi itself is faulty.
