What To Do Now??
3 Answers
Just got to my mother's house and been told she's waiting for a guy to come and sort the aerial out.
They had a new one fitted by a firm called orbital services Ltd in Nov last year.
It hasn't been right since it was fitted and my mother has been in contact with them and has been told someone will come out and sort it.
Today is the 5th time of trying - the previous 4 appointments have all been a no show.
What do we do now if and when no one turns up today??
Can my mother threaten to get someone else to complete the job and bill them for it??
If not, what other options does she have??

pay and
take the loss - move on and watch your fave progz
I think it is time that you should go elsewhere
you should in fact warn them ( the cowboys )
then bill them - LBA - then a small claim
which is unlikely to be defended
CCJ and send the bailiffs around
so in order to do that - you have to be really really teed off or in need of a learning experience.
The last people I took to court were in arrears and had rung the police and told them I was a child molester. now bankrupt [them and not me]. as I said really really teed off
