Not a techie question but I want to download my online banking account.
It is offering me

Once it is downloaded, you'll have to open the file in an appropriate programme, and then print it from that program.
If you have Microsoft Office (or an equivalent such as OpenOffice), then use Excel - it wil allow you to manipulate the data in a spreadsheet so that you can analyse it any way you want.
If you just want to print it, then probably Adobe would be best, though you will need some (free) software such as Adobe reader to open the document.
If you have none of those, then maybe just a text file, which will open more or less automatically, so tat you can print it, but there may be some issues with formatting and layout.
