Phone Bill Queries

I received my phone bill and noticed 3 strange charges. It says " Special Services" all are 0345 numbers, lasting 6, 12 and 18 mins. Not overly costly just a few pounds. I never talk on the phone that long! How do I find out who they are without having to ring the numbers?

0345 are only charged at the same rate as 01/02 numbers - if you have inclusive calls then they should be free.

A lot of Doctors, health centers, hospitals come under special services, once you are through to their music it starts the length of the call

so even though you may only talk to someone for a few minutes you were on their line for much longer.

03 numbers are charged at exactly the same rate as 01 or 02 numbers. Perhaps you were on hold, rather than actually talking to anyone, for that length of time?

Simply putting the numbers into Google may well be all that's needed to answer your question.
