Anyone Else Having Problems With......

Trying to access mine, all I get is 'Loading Data, please wait'
Then it 'Times out' in less than 2 minutes.
Any ideas please?

"Loading data, please wait..." You'll generally see this when BT Mail is trying to load data from the servers and may not be getting a response. It doesn't necessarily indicate there's a problem, but sometimes it's to do with local network connectivity . close your browser, log out and back in
clear your cookies and cache >
if you're connecting using wireless try changing the wireless channel on the BT Home Hub >
