I keep getting a pop up (movieland) saying I have had the 3 day free trail now I need to pay to stop pop up ,Don;t remember asking for it, and certainly don't want it, Any Ideas how to stop it

If you have downloaded it, go into control panel-Add/Remove programmes, and get rid of any trace. If this doesn't work, download spybot, and this should get rid of any pop ups that appear.

Download CCleaner from www.filehippo.com (it's a brilliant wee utility and it's free ). run it regularly it will clean your registry of unwanted entries also look at the 'issues' tool. Spybot and Adaware are excellent too for keeping your pc free of unwanted rubbish. Good luck.
