That's not exactly the clearest of questions! (Alternatively it might just be that I'm suffering from too much heat and too little alcohol! Either way, I'm struggling a bit here).
Does your question relate to an email you've received? If so, what does it actually say and are you required to click on a link in order to get the offer?

Make: Canon is by far the favourite printer manufacturer among ABers, so no problems there. (Everyone seems to praise Canon and reports of problems with Canon printers are very rare here in Technology; that certainly can't be said for either HP or Epson).
Model/specifications: It does just about everything that it's possible for an all-in-one printer to do (apart from double-sided printing), so again that's fine.
Reviews: All of the reviews I can find suggest that the TS5050 is up to Canon's usual high standard.
Inks: It uses 5 separate cartridges, which can be more economical (and also produce better printouts, because there are different black inks for text documents and for photos)
Price: Very good for a 5-cartridge Canon printer. (Once in a blue moon you might find a firm selling a 5-cartridge Canon model for only fifty or sixty quid but that only happens when they're clearing their stocks of a particular model. Most suppliers want £80 for that particular one, which is a decent enough price anyway. So the £70 that Argos is charging looks to be a bargain to me)
Availability of compatible inks at a decent price: Sometimes it can be hard to find cheap compatible inks for certain printers (especially when a model is new to the market). However my favourite supplier is currently charging under £20 for a set of all 5 inks

^^^ I'd guess, Jack, that your printer uses just two ink cartridges. They tend to be a lot cheaper than the 5-cartridge models. (PC World are currently offering a 2-cartridge Canon model at just £24.99, or £22.49 up until the end of today). However they can work out a lot dearer to run when you've got to start buying the inks.
Eek!
It will be the MG2450 then and favoured supplier wants a staggering £41.93 for a pair of compatible cartridges:

For comparison, I pay just £9.23 for a set of all 5 cartridges for my printer:

(Actually I usually wait until they've got a special offer on, and then buy in bulk, so I normally only pay £6 to £7 for a full set of five).
You can get compatible cartridges for your printer for around £22 though, so it's not as bad as some models:
