The sound goes for about 30-40 seconds from my DAB digital radio but the scrooling text remains. Any ideas why?

Most likely due to poor signal strenth. Is it a Hi-Fi DAB tuner or just a portable DAB radio ?


My Hi-Fi DAB tuner has a display where you can see the bit/error ratio I.e. see how good the signal is. I'm lucky as I live quite close to the main North West transmitter, Winter Hill.


I don't know too much about portables, but perhaps you could try moving it around, or getting an external aerial ?
