Excel Paper Size - Office 365

I'm trying to change the paper size to A3 and am having trouble finding it in the drop down options. Some internet search suggests that as my printer doesn't print A3, it won't offer the option. Not sure this is correct as my printer at work doesn't print A3, but I can still opt for it (Office 2013)

Does anyone know of a fix around this?

Use one of the poster templates where it sets up to print over more than one sheet.

Would that not bring margins for all the sheets?

The only thing I can suggest instead is do the work on A4, halving font sizes if needed to get it all on the page print in A4 and use a photocopier to convert it to A3.

Thanks Rowan. It's ridiculous that the option isn't there. We're migrating over to Office 365, at work, soon, and we all use A3 a lot. It'll play havoc with the printing budgets, especially if we need to use colour.

I use all sizes of (virtual) paper and the easiest way I have found is, install *cute PDF* and when 'printing' send it to that option rather than an actual printer. It converts your work into a PDF.
This programme will give you the option of saving/printing your work at A3.

Try connecting to an A3 printer and see if the option comes back. You could open an earlier version of office and see if the option is there as well.

Won't be able to hook up to an A3 printer, unfortunately, that would entail a nightmare at work, with IT wringing my neck ;)

I got to the bottom of it. I had to change the default printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer.
