Problem with Colours

I can't restore the colours on the monitor. It's very strange because in the middle they are normal but on the corners they are mixed up. I tried even restoring my PC to it's original features but does not help. Please help!!!!!!!!

First thing that I would suggest is to try another monitor, if possible, also check that your display adapter is working correctly, check for conflicts in device manager, and try changing screen resolution and colours ( right mouse click on desktop and select properties, then settings). Also check that your monitor is correctly selected and is using the correct frequency.
