It Support For A Small Business In London

I'm looking for someone to recommend me a good IT support in London. I've Googled and there are just so many firms that it's really hard to pick. Recommendation would be much appreciated!

I'd would also like to know, what's the main thing I should be looking into here? We're a small team of 6 and we don't need IT support daily, but it would be great to have someone to count on when problems occur.

Take a look at upwork.com, lots of freelancers for various requirements. We have a couple that we call on when needed for website updates, IT issues, marketing etc

One of the main thing is to look into their experience, services they offer, response time, availability over the weekend, and make sure you won't be charged for services you're not using.

There are a lot of firms in Londo so maybe you should look for firms close to your place of work.

The firm I work for is outsourcing IT to these guys and they've been satisfied with the level of service provided. I know they have customised contracts so check it out.

You want to see what support the offer, if it’s back up support of software or if it’s physical support such as, a situation in office you can’t handle, maybe server updates or wiring up certian cables
