Lost Charger For Apple Ipad

My husband lost the charger for his ipad whilst he was in hospital. We are not sure which charger we should buy but the figures fc ce 0682 are on the reverse of the ipad.

Cannot you take the iPad with you when you shop for a new charger? Then you'll be sure that you will get the right one.

Go to settings then general then about

Now look for the model number

With that you could then contact Apple and find out which charger you need, or look on google.

(Different ipads have different chargers - the one for my ipad 4 has higher output ampage than the one for my ipad1)

You could also connect it to your computer and charge it that way. Or to anything that has a usb output eg. sky box. It may take longer to charge, but it will charge.
