Please can you try and explain what you mean by "crashing". Is an advertisement taking you elsewhere or does The AnswerBank freeze in your web browser?
We have an old iPad at AB Towers running iOS version 9.1. I have just tried to access The AnswerBank on it via the web browser "Safari" and I found it tediously slow, almost unusable. This was consistent across most websites.
I tried to download the app "Google Chrome" from the "App Store" but I was unsuccessful, because iOS 10 is required.
From this, I can only assume that a more up to date device or iOS is required.
