Does Anyone Know What I Can Do About This

my mobile phone has stopped working, message keeps on
coming up, Google app not working, or drive not working,
i am stumped.

it won't ring in, other words you call from my landline and it just goes on with a ringing tone. But the odd thing is i can use the mobile to call out, i am baffled.

Sounds similar to a fault I have now and again ...
Once in a while my phone which is a Moto G decides to randomly turn on 'Aeroplane mode'
In this mode you it blocks incoming calls. It is a simple fix to simply turn it 'off' and start receiving incoming calls again.
Go into settings and search for this mode to see if it is switched on. Not knowing your settings layout, I cant direct you exactly. Just google your phone model and aeroplane mode and it will be simple task. If it is on just switch it off. Like I say it is worth a try and a lot easier than phoning a helpdesk !

it come up with a box saying server error try again, this is constantly.

Another solution possibly ..
Go to Settings .. 'Apps or Application Manager'.
Scroll down to the 'Google app'.
Open the app details and tap the 'Force stop' button.
Next tap on the 'Clear data' button.
Then restart phone .. failing that I give in !

1. go to settings
2.go to accounts & open google
3.click 3dots icon & remove all google accounts
4. r u sure? confirm ok
5. switch off phone to reset
6. Open phone
7. give google info
8.click enable & next etc
9. phone should work
10. update your accounts

thanks for the advice, i took it to vodaphone who appear to have fixed it, 20 quid but was worth it i guess.

Did they say what was wrong with it Emmie?

software issue more than likely. But don't know enough about these things to say for sure. He spent over 30 minutes on it and go it to work.
