We have a regular mature poster who takes every opportunity to insult fellow ABers and then on a regular basis when modern technology defeats them it's "can anyone help me please?" and we all seem to put up with it because they get the help they want.

OP, Its much easier to look past and ignore the drivel that some ABers post than it is to answer a question like cryptic crossword puzzles, they go way over my head but one keeps trying. However...
