There always was an interesting thread in Relationship and Dating which stimulated the flow and emotions of many of our members. However, this sub section, as of many others has, slid into oblivion as relevant posts are sidled into Chatterbank.
Pity really as R&D hasn't seen any activity for the last couple of months.
Sign of the times?
LOl...I would like to thank the pleasing response made by all my supporters in this teasing and agonising problem experienced by this section in AB.
I love you all.
I think posters feel like Little Billy No Mates if they post in the 'hidden' categories because so few look in them. Waste of time - and actually, a waste for the site to have hidden categories containing questions that generate little response. If customers don't know what a shop sells because its wares are hidden under the counter, they won't venture in. Put the goodies in the shop window where everyone can see them and they'll sell.
naomi...LOL....it is just yet another sign of the impending but slow decline of AB, even the suspensions and bannings have now confined to just a "dribble," not like the good old days when it was a privilege to be removed from AB...a sort of badge of honour.
Oh! well.
The topic of sub topics deserves a category of itself. It seems many don't agree with the sub sections anymore and feel the umbrella category's suffice.

Nowadays sqad it is more of a privilege to get back on the site after banishment. That's why I just can't be too bothered to get involved when the usual suspects are circling with their sidekicks.
Probably for the best retro it has been nice having you about you've been a gentleman it would be a shame for banter to go too far and for you to be exiled to the realms of reality.
spath....yes i did like a dabble in the R&D subsection, but it ended up with the same people saying the same thing plus A-H's epistle, but i still joined in saying the same things over and over again.
The point of my post was to find out if other people felt that AB was drifting into obscurity and if the demise of R&D was a symptom.
