Into Oblivion.

There always was an interesting thread in Relationship and Dating which stimulated the flow and emotions of many of our members. However, this sub section, as of many others has, slid into oblivion as relevant posts are sidled into Chatterbank.
Pity really as R&D hasn't seen any activity for the last couple of months.
Sign of the times?

Waste of time - and actually, a waste for the site to have hidden categories containing questions that generate little response. If customers don't know what a shop sells because its wares are hidden under the counter, they won't venture in. Put the goodies in the shop window where everyone can see them and they'll sell.
//not like the good old days when it was a privilege to be removed from AB...a sort of badge of honour.

spath....yes i did like a dabble in the R&D subsection, but it ended up with the same people saying the same thing plus A-H's epistle, but i still joined in saying the same things over and over again.
The point of my post was to find out if other people felt that AB was drifting into obscurity and if the demise of R&D was a symptom.

I doubt it will ever drift into obscurity because a new wave will always come along.
Times change, things pass.. But it seems for the internet, Facebook , AB, etc.. They adapt, or allow the users to adapt.
If everyone here left tomorrow, i'm sure new people would find the site and still use it.
However for the moment, we can only be the change that we wish to see
