Smartmeters

I am really being harassed by my energy company to have a Smartmeter fitted.Would love to hear your views on these meters.

Had one for 9 months now... no problem with it whatsoever ...my wife does the electric and gas Bill's she said we are £45 better off than this time last year for this quarter..lol she keeps all the old Bills

Wow....37 pence a day better off eh? Without knowing how the fuel prices and weather temperatures compared for the same quarters, your £45 doesn't mean a thing.

Persistent harassment by Scottish Power...got up my nose last time and told him for the absolute last time to go forth....GGRRR

Mine doesn’t work. It’s read 0 from the day it was installed. I still have to look at the little box under the stairs to send my meter readings to the company.

I don’t want one because my blood pressure would go sky high as soon as the kids got in from school/work.
