Hi, I am thinking of buyina a new kobe e r eader on ebay but I want to know it it will download a adobe flash player a need that to use the library system is this make any good. thanks

Are you a little confused.....I am!
You mention Barnes and Noble and then Kobo...these are two different things. Barnes and Noble have (more or less) said goodbye to ebook readers....

Kobo is still going strong and supports viewing ePub and Adobe PDF e-books....so should be fine with libraries' systems.

....and, yes, Kobo is on a par with Kindle (and is more flexible in it's use).
