looking for a GPS tracker to track a person Internationally, With the person's consent, To request a meeting after several years, I inform you that I don't know which countries that person will go, and the communications will be Almost non-existent and unreliable.

You want to track someone but you have to find them first. is this what you are saying?
You cannot find them but they have consented to being tracked. How do you know this?
You need an answer in 3 months
Is this person going away in 3 months and you want to know if they are alright while they are away

You can get trackers for children in case they wander off or are abducted but most of them work on a mobile phone sim- will that be possible in your situation?

I looked out for that too, like mini A9 GPS but it just work in local or in specific G signals.. I can't find a better way

Why can you not keep in touch with mobile 'phones?

You can get international trackers- we use one for someone, but it relies on a sim card or a subscription, I was asking if that will be possible in your situation.

Mobile phone, email, not trusted enough, for the phone it we may change numbers according to the country we are at, so it will Ne difficult, for the email, we made an two emails for sure, but it's not trusted enough what about the WiFi to send it.. We are from Syria.. Leaving our homes from war. We don't know where to go, our parents work hard to get a living, we are at Saudi Arabia Tax rate is high.. Her father looking for a jop and found one at the mean time so she and her family will move in with him in like 4-5 months, I said three months because if I order the device it my take a month Maximum to arrive

My family will have to move in someday again, it's a time equation
