Stopped printing colours, only black & white ! Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem please ....( btw, isn’t set on “greyscale”) tia

Have you cleaned the nozzles? (You might need to run the 'deep clean' utility several times before you start to notice an improvement)

With my hp printer, occasionally I have to press the colour circle on top of the printer and then all is restored. Hope this may help.
