Creative Mediasource and Playcenter

2 years ago I bought a Creative Zen Nomad jukebox MP3 player, it came with software from Creative called Playcenter. A year ago Playcenter suddenly wouldn't display any tracks in 'My PC Music Library'. I worked around it until, 6 months ago I bought a Creative Zen Micro with Mediasource software. Today, out of the blue, this software would not let me transer tracks or display imported tracks in it's 'My PC Music Library'. I have tried system restore, uninstalling and reinstalling. No joy. What is going on?
