I have just bought and sold clothes on Ebay-but the last 2 items I have bought have been a belt which was broken.I was advised it would be replaced.Sent it back immaculate - now they are saying I broke it and its scratched to bits.�8.Taken up with PP.Bought an ice bucket - got it today broken- complained ever so nicely - no chance of getting anywhere as they have your money (�9)

Problem is getting ebay to to anything - u cant phone a human.I think it was good but is now a field day for rip-off merchants.I have now got neg feedback because I had the audacity to complain after numerous emails saying I was abusive.How do you complain?

you can complain. go to 'my ebay' and there is complaint/report procedure.

they will reply once they have checked out your claims - you may get the money refunded

be sure to leave negative feedback for them (you can leave more words by replying to your own messge)

did you check their feedback before purchase?

also keep a look out for the item being relisted - then you can report this to ebay too
