In the advert for Always, we see a young woman playing tennis, whirling around in her tiny tennis dress. As she turns, we get a shot of her shapely bottom, wearing very skimpy underwear. We are expected to believe she is wearing Always press on towels with this outfit. Is there a woman alive who believes this could be true? Its one of the most misleading adverts on TV.

It's not exactly a thong, more a short.

The towels today are tiny compared with the huge pads of cotton wool we had when I was a teen.
So if I use always, I’ll become a great tennis player ?
press on towels = its years since i heard that term!
i dont know if you've had need to wear sanitary pads lately but they really are thin. You can even in fact get thong ones. i am (just) old enugh to remember looped towels - things have certainlymo ved on since then
Why would the fragrant Heather need a towel in her pants when the ball-person is on hand with a much more substantial one with just a nod?
And she has her coach to tell her when to press on.
Wouldn't she have to be wearing something though?
