Ebay - Paypal Advice

Not sure where to post this so sorry if wrong place.
I sold an item on Ebay last tuesday, the buyer paid immediately and i sent the parcel within the hour of selling, i entered tracking number to the buyer.
However PayPal put a hold on the payment.
They've done this before but i recieved my money within a couple of days.
It's been 7 days and they're still with holding it.
I've messaged PayPal they're saying its Ebay's problem.
Cant get hold of anyone at Ebay.
It's so frustrating, any advice please x

Have you asked the buyer whether there is an issue?
ebay were excellent when I tried the 'contact us' option- all done by typing and dealing with a real person who was very helpful

I have messaged the buyer and had no reply.
I'll try again with Ebay, ive not been able to actually speak with a real person.

Thanks woofgang, finally got to speak with a real person yay and she told me my funds will be available in next 24 hours
