can you try the stick on another computer to see if it works? If you don't know anybody then try one of those print shops who can read memeory sticks

Do you mean that the memory stick isn't recognized or it's seen but there's no files on it ?

Are you using it on the same computer that put the pictures on the memory stick? Or maybe you're trying to use a USB3 stick on a USB2 computer? Does it show up as a separate drive when you plug it in?
