The latest version is up to 10.0. So the instructions in Mamya's link for "Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) and Above" should apply. (You can ignore edverything else on that page).

I really can't see what's so difficult.
Get the text showing on your screen.
Drag down from the top of the screen (as if you were seeking to turn wi-fi on or off, or to enable/disable airplane mode) and look for a button marked 'Screenshot'.
Tap that button.
Job done!
