Ctrl alt Del still brings up Task Manager in Win 10 (amongst other things) which you use to stop anything nigglesome from running.
you have to uninstall the program control alt delete does not do that
As Prudie states 'Ctrl, Alt, Del' still works.
Also you can get Task Manager by right clicking on the Taskbar and choosing from there.
type "remove" in the search box. click "add or remove apps". highlight the app (program) you want to remove & click uninstall.
When things freeze up in a program you don't usually want to uninstall it though (which is a bit drastic) just stop it running for which you'd use task manager.
The easiest way to get into Task Manager (with any version of Windows) is to right-click on the taskbar at the foot of your screen.
